These are superb. I got them to cut fabric wire harness tape and they are excellent for tapes up to an inch and a half wide. Don't intend to use them for wire cutting since i have better KNIPEX tools for wire. If you need a more general shears then get something longer. For my use these are perfectly sized for an apron pocket.
Cut well, stiff, notch takes up a bit of blade

Pretty much what the title says. Bit stiff right off the bat compared to, say, Olfa or Engineer scissors/shears. The small size and lack of leverage that comes with it probably doesn't help. But they do cut very well, put to the test on some nasty plastic clamshell packaging right away... tore through it. You have to be especially mindful of the notch on these because the blade size is rather short
Lovely Shears for all sorts of dirty work...

I am a bicycle mechanic and use these shears to "cut cables" and also the delicate job of trimming the bar tape at the finish of a bike build. I've never actually had a tool that could do the rough stuff so well and then do finish work. Every bike mechanic should have a pair of these in the toolbox.
