• Delivery is carried by Australia post for all items less than 22kgs or less than 1.2m in any dimension length

• Delivery for Bulky item or more than 22kgs is carried by TNT or Allied Express

• Delivery to PO BOX is available if Australia post method is used

• Delivery for a bulky item or more than 22kgs will require a street address and a contact phone number will also need to be provided

• Delivery will be to ground floor only and there may be a need for assistance by the customer to help the driver to unload the item

• Shipping and Handling fees include all registered postage and handling fees

• Transit Insurance is included in the postage

• COD is not available for items that are posted

• Cash or EFTPOS on Pick up is available for pick-up items from our warehouse in Smeaton Grange NSW

• Delivery time will take approximately 2 to 7 working days for major city metropolitan area and can take up to 12 working days for the outback area
