Delivery is carried by Australia post for all items less than 22kgs or less than 1.2m in any dimension length.
Delivery for Bulky item or more than 22kgs is carried by TNT or Allied Express.
Delivery to PO BOX is available if Australia post method is used.
Delivery for bulky item or more than 22kgs will require a street address and a contact phone number will also need to be provided.
Delivery will be to ground floor only and there may be a need for assistance by the customer to help the driver to unload the item.
Shipping and Handling fees include all registered postage and handling fees.
Transit Insurance is included in the postage.
COD is not available for items that are posted.
Cash or EFTPOS on Pick up is available for pick-up items from our warehouse in Chipping Norton NSW.
Delivery time will take approximately 2 to 7 working days for major city metropolitan area and can take up to 12 working days for outback area.
In most cases All goods will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of cleared payment received (except weekends and public holidays).
